Service Provision
NeatNest provides professional residential and commercial cleaning services in Harare, Zimbabwe.
Bookings & Confirmations
Bookings are initiated via our website, WhatsApp, or email. A booking is considered confirmed only when NeatNest sends a written confirmation via WhatsApp or email.
Payment Terms
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless a prior corporate contract or written agreement exists. We accept cash and EcoCash.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a $5 cancellation fee.
Liability
While we take every precaution, NeatNest is not liable for pre-existing damage to property. Clients are encouraged to point out any delicate or damaged items before service begins.
Access
The client must ensure safe and timely access to the property at the agreed-upon time. If our team cannot access the property, a call-out fee may apply.
Right to Refuse Service
NeatNest reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if conditions are deemed unsafe, unsanitary, or if staff are treated with disrespect.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with the service provided, you must notify NeatNest within 24 hours of service completion to qualify for a re-clean of the affected areas.
